William gets RIPPED in 90 days!
SUCCESS STORY!"Challenge? Did someone say challenge?I started a new job near the West Bottoms and since sticking to a workout for me is as much about routine as anything I decided to join a gym near my new job. I’m driven by challenge and competition and going to my old gym by myself with no support or camaraderie just wasn’t working. After a quick Google map search for “gym” and watching 10 seconds of a Freight House Fitness video of rope slams and tire jumps I was in. I started attending boot camps and then noticed the 90 day challenge wall. Well who doesn’t want their name on a wall? I signed up for the very next one.My challenge was just what I needed. I say “my” challenge because Sean and Kendra structure it in such a way that it’s not a 90 day competition but is quite literally a challenge. Pictures, measurements and specs are taken at the beginning to establish a baseline from which the question is asked “What are your goals?”. Having been in fitness for a long time Sean and Kendra are great at helping set goals. They’re specific, measureable, attainable and probably most importantly not set in stone. With weekly check-ins, social media support group and killer workouts I had all the tools at my disposal to succeed in my challenge.I realize now more than ever how much of fitness is mental. It’s all about making smart choices and living in moderation. Fitness has always been a part of my lifestyle but as my care free youth gives way to a slower metabolism and more sedentary leisure activities I know that making Freight House a part of my lifestyle is a no brainer and I intend to have long time friends and Freight House Fitness. Maybe I’ll see you in one of challenges." - William
