Tori loses lbs while Cuong gains mass at the same time in 90 days!
"Imagine working a job where there are 10 hour shifts, no lunches, and breaks few and far
between. That's my job in a nutshell. I work at a pharmacy where there's constant motion, but little
time to eat. Tori leads the typical office job; 9-5, in front of a computer all day, and never really
moving. When we started dating, we both needed a change and that's when Freight House
Fitness came along.
Freight House Fitness and it's 90 day program was exactly what both of us needed.
While we had separate goals in mind (I was on the weight gain, and she was on the weight loss
program), the problem we had prior was how to reach our goals. What the 90 day program did
was provide us the knowledge for a healthy diet and an exercise program to reach new heights. I
was always getting hungry through the work day, but ever since Sean and Kendra provided my
meal plan, I've always had a proper shake to feed me through the day.
I went from 163 lbs at 11% body fat to 173 lbs at 9% body fat. Tori lost 15lbs and 13% body fat.
I easily could have gained weight by eating/drinking anything and everything in sight,
especially a nice cold beer, and Tori could've only eaten salads everyday. But what the program
taught us is how to reach our goals of losing body fat while getting to our separate goals eating delicious
