Leonard drops 28 lbs & gets to 10% bodyfat in 90 days!
"Before the challenge I was lifting weights on my own & to a point where I wasn't losing any weight.I knew I needed to do more cardio,but I hated the treadmill. I was always interested in circuit training so looked on groupon & saw Freight House fitness. When I got there & did my first workout,it happened to be leg day. I remember doing the first round of exercises & thinking "this isn't so tough"but when Sean said "repeat another round" I knew this was going to be tough, but it was what I was looking for. When I saw there was a 90 day challenge, I wanted to push myself to another level of fitness. Before I joined Freight House Fitness I didn't know what a burpee or manmaker was. During the 90 challenge Sean was so helpful & encouraging that I felt like he was my personal trainer. The challenge itself was very challenging and I could feel my stomach getting smaller every morning. I like the way Sean tracks your weight & body fat so you can see your progress. I went from 16% body fat to 10% & went from 224 lbs to 196 lbs. The best thing I can say about the 90 challenge is that it's hard,but it's worth it. I could not have gotten there without Sean & Kendra & all the other workout peers that took this journey with me. My plans for the future is to do another 90 challenge, getting my body fat under 10% & sometime in near future compete in a bodybuilding contest (all natural of course)" - Leonard
