Tammy loses 28 lbs from 1on1 to bootcamp!
SUCCESS STORY!!!"I joined Freight House Fitness at the end of April 2015. I had always been an active person; however, I had allowed the stress at my job get to me. Before I knew it, several years had went by and I had only worked out a handful of times. My clothes were feeing snug. I felt puffy everywhere. Most of all, I was tired all the time. Then, I saw Sean post about one on one training at Freight House Fitness. He and Kendra had trained one of my co-workers who had a fantastic fitness transformation. I clicked on their page and read all about their different options. I read their blog and decided they were for me. In a world full of “muscle machismo egos”, I was refreshed to see Sean and Kendra were down to earth, real people who truly care about what they do and the people who enter their gym.I started with one on one personal training with Sean. I wanted to do this right and not end up injured and having to take time off to heal. The workouts were tough! But who doesn’t have a half an hour to change their life? Sean set me up with a diet and workout plan. It was easy to follow and he made himself available for questions, which I always had! As Kendra’s due date with baby Byron got closer, I weened myself off the one on one training and started to add a bootcamp class here and there. I was nervous at first. I worried I would be the most out of shape person there and that I wouldn’t be able to keep up. Sean made sure to offer modifications and encouragement! To my surprise, others in the bootcamp also offered encouragement! I have never felt such camaraderie in a gym before! I was addicted!When I found out about the 90 day challenge starting, I had to do it! I was feeling better and had already lost 7 pounds since I started working out at Freight House Fitness! With encouragement, I started running with a group from the gym after boot camp classes! This was something I never thought I would do. I am still slow, but I get out there and give it my best! By the completion of the 90 day challenge, I had lost an additional 21 lbs! I went from 24% body fat to 15%!What I love so much about Freight House Fitness is that Sean and Kendra make it easy not to fail. There are Facebook pages for the gym, for members, and for the 90 day challenge. Sean and Kendra even send out e-mails with detailed instructions and recipes! It’s 30 minutes people! That’s all! You too can change your life in the time it takes to watch one sitcom! I truly love and enjoy my Freight House Family! "
