Sweet Lou Style

Unfortunately I am not here to write about my “style” in dress; while I would enjoy writing about that too, it would do little to no good in letting you into the mind of Sweet Lou regarding exercise and working out. I will start by saying I really enjoy anything that challenges my mind. As most wrestlers, I pride myself on mental toughness. I love to push myself to a point of exhaustion or a point of failure; then, gather my mind and push myself farther. I enjoy forcing my lungs and mind to recover in times of tension. I will do this by holding planks or doing wall sits after doing something of high velocity. Lastly, I really enjoy doing anything that allows me to pretend, in my mind, that I am some sort of animal. Sounds weird, I know, but honestly it helps me get outside my mind and make the workout a little more entertaining as I reach a point to push myself further. This workout style leaves me with a strong core, tons of functional movement abilities, and great endurance.
