Marsha gets ripped in 90 days!
SUCCESS STORYI love food! I didn’t workout because I wanted to; I worked out so I could eat. I have always exercised; everything from cross fit to Insanity . I have also included weight training in my workouts. However, no matter how much I exercised or how “healthy” I ate, I was never able to lose fat. I learned about Freight House from a co-worker who was attending and participating in the 90 day challenge. She was killing it and was really looking awesome. As a full time nurse, wife, and mother of 2; my time is precious and limited. What appealed to me was that it was only a 30 minute boot camp. I decided to at least go and try the workout. I was hooked! It was intense but fun, different every time and exciting. The members were welcoming and it was comforting to see the same faces every morning at 6 AM.The next 90 day challenge started about a month after I started going to the boot camps. I had decided it was time to make a permanent change with my diet and start enjoying exercise instead of using the excuse that I worked out today therefore, I can eat whatever I want. My goal was not necessarily about losing pounds, I wanted to lose body fat and be lean. I wanted to really dial in on my nutrition. I’m not going to lie, it takes a lot of hard work, food prepping, and time spent planning meals to be successful but it is worth it!Ladies, don’t be afraid to lift heavy. I am probably most proud of my muscles. Muscles are sexy! At 42, I have 15% body fat and am in the best shape of my life! Investing in myself and committing myself to the 90 day challenge has been one of the best life decisions I have made.
