Most importantly, I truly believe that I am equipped now to continue forward with my goal

I saw a coworker had lost a lot of weight and looked great. I asked him what he did and he told me about Freight House. He sent me a link for the 6 week Challenge and I made the call. From my first visit the folks there were welcoming and professional. John met with me and let me know exactly what the next 6 weeks would be if I said “yes” - hard...and it was REALLY hard...but rewarding. John was honest about the cost. It’s not cheap-especially since I was comparing it to other gyms that cost $10-$20/month-but, it has been totally worth it.

My accountability coach, Baylie, was with me every step of the way. She always responded quickly to questions and I had a lot. The diet for the 6 weeks was clearly laid out and, though hard to follow over the holidays, easy to understand. The workouts are TOUGH! I came into this in really bad shape - 293.6 pounds. But, I never felt pressured. I only felt challenged and supported. On many occasions the trainers would approach me when they saw me struggling and offer personalized instruction to help meet me where I was at that moment. And it worked. I weighed out after 6 weeks at 264.3 pounds - 29.3 pounds gone!

Most importantly, I truly believe that I am equipped now to continue forward with my goal of first achieving and then maintaining a sustainable healthy weight as well as reaching my medical goal of getting off blood pressure meds. It’s not going to be easy...I am never going to be a fan of workouts. But, with the continued support of coach/trainers like John and Baylie I have no doubt it’s gonna happen.
