Megan's Hard Work Pays Off!
I have been a runner most of my adult life and practiced yoga regularly, that was enough for me. The gym was so intimidating and walking in without knowledge of lifting scared me. A friend joined the 6 week challenge and posted daily about her journey. I was intrigued and figured why not, it's only 6 weeks.
I didn't know what it would bring and definitely didn't expect my body to respond so well from adding weights into my workouts. My first class was Olympic

, I walked in terrified and expecting the worst. I loved it! Everyone was kind and encouraging. I felt like the trainers and everyone there became my fitness friends and family.
In the six weeks I watched my body drastically change. I had visible muscles in my arms, something I had decided long ago would never happen.
The trainers care, pushed me to my limits and in no time I couldn't imagine a day without going to the gym. I gained a few pounds of muscle and started feeling strong in everything I did.
I am now that woman who goes to the gym first thing every morning and loves every day of it!
