Patrick gets shredded!
SUCESS STORYBefore the 90 day challenge i was very active. I did some kind of exercise almost every day of the week. Whether it was lifting weights or training in Jiu Jitsu, I always found time be active. I had a history of lifting weights and was very knowledgeable in that aspect. I would see results as far as getting bigger and stronger but was not seeing the results of getting leaner. My wife did a 90 day challenge the same time last year and i always kicked around doing the challenge but first had to join freighthouse fitness. To be honest I wasn't really sold on the whole "workout in 30 minutes" deal. Finally i started and boy was I wrong it was very tough but rewarding. Then the 90 day challenge came along and i figured why not give it a try and i signed up.I was some what of an anomaly when it came to the 90 day challenge as my wife did it before and i was there witnessing what she was going through so it was easy for me to pick up. What was hard what being so busy and taking the time to prepare my meals for the week, and i have no one to thank but my wife. With having 2 jobs and in graduate school, my time was very limited and we just picked out what we were going to eat, plugged it into our MFP and got going! MFP was very important in my journey as it allowed me to track my macros specifically. I would have to say the hardest part of the 90 day challenge was the time and commitment it took to complete the task. But i believe if someone puts their minds to something and makes the decision to succeed then they will have no issue. After the 90 day challenge was completed I must say i was very pleased with the results. Being so busy with school and work it was hard for me to see the results. I was too the point of just going through the motions. I have learned what is needed to get the results i want and how to react to how my body is reacting. Although I did a 90 day challenge and was able to get awesome results. Why stop? Don't think I'm going to stop prepping my meals and tracking my macros because i want to keep the body that i have worked hard for. All in all, definitely glad i did it and will do it again to add more muscle! the next 90 day challenge starts June 27th! Go to our online store to sign up now!
