New Year, New Goals
Hi, Freight House Family, it’s Crystal here, just wanted to share some thoughts with you as we embark on the new year. Many of us have made resolutions, some of us have already broken them. I decided to set goals this year, rather than resolutions. I have some strength goals and some personal goals that I’m hoping to achieve in 2016. What I like about setting goals, is that it gives me something specific to work toward. I try to set goals that require me to start work immediately and work continuously...but without unrealistic expectations such as I’ll NEVER miss a workout, or I'll NEVER eat sweets again. Setting realistic goals means I’m more likely to stick with them. And, sharing those goals with people around me helps me stay accountable. Just so you all know, I’m going to do at least one pull-up (without any assistance) by the end of this year. Feel free to check in with me and ask how my progress is going. How about you guys? Any goals you want to be held accountable for? Let us know and we'll check in with you! All of us at Freight House Fitness want to help you reach your goals and see you be the best version of you that you can be!Email me (crystalcole13@gmail.com) if you're interested in personal training or small group training, or join my small group training class on Monday mornings from 7:15-8:15.
