Jake loses 30 lbs in 90 days!
SUCCESS STORY"I’ve played sports most of my life and with that comes loads of conditioning. Following a knee surgery I greatly reduced my activity level and for the first time in my life started putting on weight. When I broke 250 pounds I decided something needed to change. I started working out regularly and was confused why I was getting stronger, but not reducing weight quickly. Sean explained it was difficult for my body to cut fat at the same time as trying to put on muscle. So I decided to dive into the 90 day challenge and try something different. After some coaching it sunk in that most of my issues came from my diet (Duh, I know). Sean explained that it’s not as much about what you’re eating, but how you’re eating. The concept of macros was mind boggling at first, but after a month I was starting to see some major progress.
