Audrey and her mom Sheri crush the 90 Day Challenge!

picmonkey-collageSUCCESS STORY!"I first met Sean and Kendra when I attended a free boot camp class on the Country Club Plaza. It was there that I learned exactly what a HIIT workout involves, as we were lunging and running up and down the Plaza stairs. I went to my first FH class in the West Bottoms in September and convinced my mom to join me. I hadn’t been member for more than a week when I first heard about the 90 Day Challenge. I had played competitive sports for the better part of ten years and was looking for ways to challenge myself physically and mentally. The 90 Day Challenge seemed like the perfect opportunity to push myself and I somehow convinced my mom to join me on this adventure!Throughout the 90 days, Sean and Kendra taught us about food and nutrition, food prep, water consumption, macros, and exercise tips. We learned to love the word ‘tabata’ and ‘burpee’. But in all seriousness, they really took the time to provide personal plans to fit each of our needs. My mom was even able to modify the workouts to accommodate a previous foot injury and a total knee replacement. It was great to have an accountability partner during the challenge. We would grocery shop, share recipes, food prep, and track our progress together. Most of all, we encouraged and supported each other throughout the entire challenge.
