Marla loses 22 lbs and 13% bodyfat in 90 days!

 SUCCESS STORY!Age, stress, lack of discipline, & love of food all played a part in my weight gain​, fatigue and overall lack of energy ​​over the past ​several ​years. I w​anted to take control of this area of my life, but couldn't seem to put into practice or make sense of all the different things I read or heard of people trying. On New Year's Day, I literally prayed asking God to help me ​as I looked for​ a way to get healthy. Surfing Facebook a few hours later, I noticed two friends had liked the Freight House Fitness page. I clicked ​the link and read about the 90 day challenge starting on January 4. I messaged Sean and Kendra and signed up​.Even though I have always hated gyms & I'm not a morning person, I ​began​ attend​ing​ the 6​:00 ​a​.​m​.​ ​boot camp​ and fell in love with the community of people and the success I was experiencing learning how to eat healthier and grow stronger with the coaching from ​each​ of the Freight House​ Fitness​ trainers. ​ My goal was to feel stronger, healthier, and more energetic by the end of the challenge and for my 50th birthday shortly after the challenge ended. I lost 22 pounds and went from 29% body fat to 16% body fat. I attribute my success to Sean & Kendra's vision for what a fitness community should look & feel like. I never felt judged for my lack of knowledge or ability, only encouraged and cared for each day.​ My post 90 day challenge goals include continuing to gain strength, maintain a healthy weight, and continue learning how to eat healthier myself as well as prepare healthier meals for my family. I have zero regrets for doing the 90 day challenge!!! Actually, half a century old feels pretty good!​
