The original Freight House Fitness location opened in 2014. We are located in the history Stockyards District of Kansas City in a 100 year old building that was originally a mule barn during the livestock exchange days. With its original structure still intact we wanted designed the interior to play off of its rustic appeal. We have brought in up-cycled and reclaimed pieces found from around Kansas City. Each piece adds to the buildings rustic appearance helping to create an environment that feels inviting and unique.
