Shawnie gets down close to her goal in 90 days!

shawnie SUCCESS STORY"I used to be fit" . The story of my life right? Well I was. Back in 1999 I started boxing and lost about 50 pounds and was in the best shape of my life. I continued boxing from weights ranging between 156 and 172 pounds. But then as I got older the competition got less and I wasn't able to compete as much anymore so I stopped training. I would still go to the gym but definitely not put in the work out that I was putting in when I was boxing. So the pounds crept back up on me. I got all the way up to about 196 pounds. Then I met Sean at hitch fit. My husband and I trained with him twice a week and I got down to 167 pounds. But then our schedules changed. When Sean started Freight House Fitness I wanted to get back on board with being fit and in shape. So I did a 90 day challenge. My problem has always been knowing what to eat when to eat and how much to eat. Sean gave me the plan to help with that. He outlined what type of food, how much and when I needed it. Working within those parameters I made it work. I got down to within 6 pounds of my goal weight of 165. It's taken a while but I've actually learned that there are no short cuts. You have to do work to get the results you want. You can't rely on someone else to hold your hand or hold you accountable. You can't do something because someone else did. Everyone has a ready time. That's when nothing will stop them. When that happens everything just kind of falls into place and it becomes easy. Yes we have setbacks but you have get back at it as soon as possible instead of letting it drag on.
