Morgan dialed in for 90 days!

imageimageimageimage  SUCCESS STORYI learned about Freight House when Sean and Kendra were still sharing their dream and trying to rally support for their business idea. There wasn't even a Baby B yet! When I started going to Freight House in the early part of 2015, I was using the gym as a way to supplement my marathon and half marathon training. I've been an avid runner for many years and have only dabbled in the weight lifting realm off and on when required for sports. Needless to say, the idea of a boot camp style workout wasn't anything I'd ever heard of outside of your "Crossfit" or "Insanity" fanatics. Hearing Sean share his passion for health and fitness on a holistic level really brought me in.After being a part of the Freight House Family for over a year, I finally decided I would give the 90 Day Challenge a try. I was always skeptical about challenges and things of that nature, but I was really looking for a way to improve my visual appearance as well as setting up my body for its best possible performance. As many of you know, I'm not afraid of intense physical challenge, what with running marathons and ultra-marathons. In a kindred spirit I approached the 90 Day Challenge. So many people had taken part and I wanted to do it differently. I decided to do the entire 90 Day Challenge with the birthday vest. This thing weighs 20 extra pounds! Im also pretty sure no one else has worn it sense then, so it may as well just be my vest. After really figuring out how to feed my body and take care of it over the course of the Challenge, I look forward to embracing the disciplinary skills I picked up and transferring them back to my life of running now. With a lot of help from Sean and Kendra and all of you, I'll continue to strive to keep myself in good health and spirit through this great community of fellow boot campers!Morgan
