Halee's dedication to bootcamp shows!

halee SUCCESS STORY!

My whole life I have been active in some sort of sport or fitness class, but for some reason no matter the amount of miles I ran or weight I lost, my confidence remained the same. When I was in high school I lost 40 pounds and though I got to buy a new set of clothes to fill my closet and people saw me differently, I still felt like I did when I was 40 pounds heavier. I remained the same size through out college and took up running to maintain my weight. When I was introduced to freight house I instantly loved the classes as it was a change from my daily running routine, however I only attended a few days a week. When I heard about the 90 day challenge I though it would be a great way to get into summer shape, drop some pounds and force me to be active everyday.
When I started the challenge I thought that I was just in for another round of weight loss, but I was wrong. The challenge had me attending class 4-5 days a week and challenging myself every day, and in no time I started seeing changes in my body. I am stronger than I have ever been and have more endurance than I could have imagined. Seeing changes in my body made me look forward to working out each day and had me pushing myself harder in the gym.
Previously I always tried to eat a smaller amount of food to lose weight, and the plan that was constructed for me did just the opposite. I can't remember how many times I told Sean "it's so much food" and yet I stood on the scale and watched the number drop. However, the change that myself and others have noticed the most is my confidence in myself. Sean and Kendra taught me that weight loss is not always seen on the scale and that my barriers were not only in the kitchen, but in my lack of confidence in myself. Doing the challenge with such a supportive group of people as well as having Sean and Kendra giving you all the steps to succeed led me to a stronger, more confident me and I could not be happier with my results.
