Aryn Goes All In and Loses 8lbs in 6 Weeks!
Before FHF, I climbed as my main form of exercise for several years. Although I seemed strong, I felt unbalanced: some muscles were abused daily while others were completely ignored. I knew that in order to avoid injuries and feel fit I needed to work on my entire body.Enter FHF.I got a holiday Groupon deal and had no idea what I was getting myself into but after the first grueling week, I really enjoyed the people and the workout style. I heard about the challenge during my orientation and signed up, again, having no idea what I was doing. Working out every day wasn't hard but it took a while to learn the nutrition aspect. Day after day I discovered I wasn't eating enough protein, but in week 3 I made a conscious effort and now cramming protein into every meal and snack is just a habit. The nutrition plan from FHF keeps me full all day and gives me plenty of energy to lift heavy.I can't believe I can eat so much and still lose weight! I lost 8 lbs, 4% bodyfat, and 2 inches off my waist.
