Put in daily deposits
If you want to build consistency, you have to show up consistently. We know it sounds redundant, just hear us out. Too often, we confuse consistency with intensity, but you don’t have to leave every workout sweaty and sore to see results. You can “show up” by practicing your yoga flow or taking a long walk around the neighborhood. Making a little progress toward your goals each day adds up.
Find workouts you like
Which exercises do you actually enjoy doing? We always recommend a combination of strength and mobility training to build muscle mass and bone density and prevent injuries.
