Bootcamp Schedule: mon – Th 5:15am, 6am, 6:45am, 9am, 11:15am, noon, 4:30pm, 5:15pm, 6pm Fri 5:15am, 6am, 6:45am, 9am, 11:15am, noon, 4:30pm, 5:15pm sat 8:15am, 9am, 9:45am. Many people have said they never felt so welcomed as they do at FHF. The workouts are 30 minutes but extremely effective, efficient and convenient for your busy life. The workouts are programmed in a way to help transform your body to your ideal goal. We utilize weight training principals that have been scientifically proven for results for over 100 years like periodization training, super sets, giant sets, FST 7, drop sets and Olympic lifting. At the same time we are bringing the latest innovative workout styles like TABATAS, Cross training WODs and High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). At FHF you will get the results that you are looking to achieve with the guidance of national accredited personal trainers!
Freight House Fitness is located in the west bottoms of Kansas City. The west bottom is a historic part of Kansas City. Our building was originally a mule barn during the livestock exchange days and is over 100 years old. With its original structure still intact we wanted to play off of its rustic appeal. We have brought in up-cycled and reclaimed pieces that were hunted for around Kansas City. Each piece adds to the buildings already rustic appearance and gives it a warm inviting feel. Our desire was to create and environment that felt inviting and would leave each client wanting to come back not only for their amazing workout but to just hang out, enjoy some coffee and take in the eclectic scenery.
At the studio we offer group personal training and one-on-one personal training. We have designed the layout to give you a style of workout that is efficient, fun and will burn a ton of fat!
