Kathy Loses 20 Pounds in 90 Days and Keeps Going!
Kathy’s Success Story!!
I started my fitness journey in 2013 at 250 pounds; after a divorce and end of a long-term relationship my self-esteem was at an all- time low. I had always had weight issues but it had once again gotten out of control. I joined a fitness program to try and take my life back, make new friends and to become healthy for my son and myself. It was through this program that I was first introduced to Freight House Fitness.
The atmosphere Sean and Kendra created at their gym was unlike any gym I had visited. The 30 minute concept was hard to grasp until you actually took their boot camp class after which it became apparent that their method was effective and efficient. Sean and Kendra had more than just a gym; they created a community of knowledge and support. Ultimately, I left Freight House to follow my new found gym friends to other gyms here and there.
I re-joined Freight House in January 2017 participating in my first 90-Day Challenge. Sean and Kendra welcomed me back and immediately starting helping me identify my goals and how to reach them. The same sense of welcoming and community met me. My weight loss had stalled and even started to gain weight and I was frustrated with nutrition that just wasn’t working. The 90-Day Challenge kick started my fitness journey again. I lost 20 pounds with the effective 30 minute boot camps and Sean’s nutritional counseling. The class times offered have allowed me to establish a routine that gets me in and out of the gym and on with my day. I am in my second 90-Day Challenge and though the weight is not falling off as fast the inches are dropping; people are actually noticing the changes in my body and my “smaller” wardrobe fits again.
Freight House Fitness has the friendliest, most caring and energetic trainers I have found to date. Even at 5:15 in the morning they greet you with a smile and push you to do your best. I have started to make progress again in my time back at Freight House; I still have goals to achieve and know that I will reach them with consistency and the encouragement and support of the Freight House community.
