Brian gets cut in 90 days!
I first heard of Freight House Fitness over a year ago through my friend Sarah, who scheduled for a group of us from work to take a class together. I don’t remember much from that first workout; just that I couldn’t walk the next day. I didn’t think about FHF again until about a year later when my girlfriend mentioned that a coworker of hers had been doing the 90 day challenge through Freight House and that she’d been getting killer results. That was good enough for me, and we decided to give it a try.
The challenge itself consisted of a nutrition plan paired with daily boot camp style classes at the gym. Within the first week I learned more about nutrition than I had ever known and was eating smarter than I ever had. The classes were tough but efficient. I may or may not have cried when Sean told us that we were going to start doing two-a-days halfway through the 90 days. The diet continued to change as we got closer to the end and Sean did a good job of making the changes minor each week so that it was manageable.
I never considered myself to be “out of shape” by any means, but by the end of the challenge I had managed to drop 12.9 pounds and 6% body fat, going from 14 down to 8. I’m easily in the best shape of my life and have a knowledge about nutrition that I can carry on with me for the rest of my life. Now that the challenge is over, I plan on continuing to attend classes and am shifting my focus to putting on muscle vs dropping body fat.
